Features

[General] Kneeboard added - ability to see inside DCS a summary of the flight plan set up in DTC, and to exchange notes between DCS and the DTC profile. In DCS, the default shortcut key is Ctrl+Shift+K (which can be changed by editing the dtc-settings.json file in Documents\DCS-DTC). The shortcut key will open a window in DCS which, after uploading a profile, will be populated with aircraft-specific information. The Notes tab is also synchronized with the DTC profile (only after the profile is uploaded first). In DTC, the Kneeboard can be previewed by clicking the clipboard icon on the top right of the profile.
[General] Updated the list of airbases to reflect the latest versions of Afghanistan, Iraq and Kola.

Bugfixes

[F16] Fixed an error when loading files from older versions of DTC.
[F16] Adjusted the upload process to reflect recent changes in DCS, which have broken the upload of the FCR settings, HARM/HTS and VIP/VRP.
