replication: add gRPC-based replication #209

This very crude draft hooks gRPC replication into the replication crate. The underlying interface is asynchronous, so we're likely to end up relying on Tokio for replication anyway.

v2: made sync() block until a single consistent transaction is replicated from gRPC.
