I wanted to see what hint names were available on my system, and found out they exist in
sdl3_sysas*const i8pointers, but not insdl3.I tried deduplicating the code by calling
std::ffi::CStr::from_ptr(...).to_str()in a const fn but then the documentation does not get copied over. This seemed the second best thing to do.Additionally I've added a constant
ALLwhich is a fixed size array of all the constants.
