Since V4, examples (simple.html, ajax.html and size.html doesn't work).

I suspect it broke when Chrome made a tighter CORS policy not too long ago. I always knew those serverless examples were on borrowed time. I added a README.md to the examples explaining what they are and how to run them. They only work when running webpack these days.
