• Closes [Doc]: Link repo to Zenodo and upload GitHub releases #345
• This PR just moves badges in the README.rst into a table, everything else was done on Zenodo.

• Upload existing GH release on Zenodo
  • Used this repo to loop over GH releases and perform a POST request to upload to Zenodo
• Add GitHub Actions release workflow to automatically upload to Zenodo for every release -- This is not required because Zenodo will automatically uploads new releases and create corresponding DOIs for us.
