Remove redundant ODIN-W2 target folder #4751

Description

Remove redundant ODIN-W2 target folder. We want to utilize the target hierarchy that TARGET_STM32F439xI provides and use this file:
mbed-os\targets\TARGET_STM\TARGET_STM32F4\TARGET_STM32F439xI\device\flash_data.h

This was probably introduced by mistake when rebasing the following PR #4485
