Description (from inside mod)

Replaces the Skullmasher with a Blue Elemental Jakobs Sniper Rifle
Bears the Jakobs 'Fires as fast as you can pull the trigger' thing, It's really just a Jakobs sniper with a super high fire-rate.
Always Corrosive, Pre-Existing Skullmashers will be deleted due to Sanity Chack
