Replaces the Scorpio with a new Assault Rifle that honestly I'm not too proud of.
Increased Damage and Magazine Size, consumes 2 bullets per shot.
4 round burst while both fired from the Hip and Aimed, Aimed shots cost less ammo and shoot much faster but drain health over time.
