@CrazyHZM @AlbumenJ PTAL，The Apollo project has upgraded their image, but our use case doesn't support this new image. I tried to make it work, but encountered many compatibility issues. Therefore, we've decided to revert to the previous image version to avoid impacting the main project's CI.

there were so many errors in Actions:


if update upload-artifact from v3 to v4, the workflow should be also modified as actions/upload-artifact@v4 does not support uploading same test result name for different test job, i submitted #1206 try to fix it.
